These custom metric hex key double thread studs were manufactured domestically for our automotive customer using alloy steel material meeting 220,000 psi clamp load minimum. M12 thread was rolled on both sides, with fine pitch on the longer side and coarse on the other. 1/4″ hex drive was formed on one side extending .25″ from the fine threaded section. Full certs were provided with the parts.
