These custom precision machined stepped pins were manufactured using 1020 steel material with the larger diameter set to .156″ +/-.001 and the smaller diameter at .092″ +/-.002. The overall length measured 1.09″ +/-.01 and the point incorporated a radius of R.078. Material certs were provided with the parts per customer requirements.
